A: Village Four opened two of the six neighborhoods in November 2006. The remaining four neighborhoods are anticipated to open through 2007 and into 2008.

For Village Four, partners Toll Brothers and Aera Energy will select builders from among the best homebuilders in Southern California. Currently, Village Four builders include Toll Brothers and MBK Homes. Toll Brothers, William Lyon, Shea Homes, D.R. Horton and MBK Homes built neighborhoods in Villages One and Two in Vista Del Verde.

A: Vista Del Verde residents will enjoy 10 acres of new parks, 10 miles of pedestrian and equestrian trails, numerous outlook vista points, more than 70 acres of preserved open space, a trail system linking to Chino Hills State Park and Carbon Canyon Regional Park, and of course the award winning $30 million Black Gold Golf Club. In addition, a new $6.5 million elementary school opened fall 2005.
