In Village Three, Toll Brothers, Shea Homes, and Pardee Homes will be building the four neighborhoods. For Village Four, partners Toll Brothers and Aera Energy will select builders from among the best homebuilders in Southern California. Toll Brothers, William Lyon, Shea Homes, D.R. Horton and MBK Homes built neighborhoods in Villages I and II in Vista Del Verde.

Q: What kind of community amenities are available?

Vista Del Verde residents will enjoy 10 acres of new parks, 10 miles of pedestrian and equestrian trails, numerous outlook vista points, more than 70 acres of preserved open space, a trail system linking to Chino Hills State Park, Carbon Canyon Regional Park, and of course the award winning $30 million Black Gold Golf Club. In addition, a new $6.5 million elementary school will be open late 2005.
