Vista Del Verde is comprised of four planned villages. Villages One and Two are complete and located in the western portion of the community, while Villages Three and Four are located to the east, north of Bastanchury Road. Village Three is now open and Village Four will be developed at a later date.
Each village will offer a diverse range of new home choices: estate homes on 18,000-square-foot lots, elegant single-family residences, and fine attached homes such as townhomes, condominiums and paired homes. The homes' architectural themes will include Mission Revivalist, Craftsman, Neo-Classical/Georgian, Monterey, Spanish Colonial/Ranch, and Mediterranean/Italian influences.
