Village Four

The golf-themed Village Four will be Vista Del Verde's final neighborhood. This village will feature Vista Del Verde's second neighborhood park and a five-acre community facility located on the east side of Lakeview Avenue. Portions of the Casa Loma equestrian trail from the Lakeview Avenue entrance to Valley View will be incorporated.

Village Four will feature approximately 562 homes. Many of the homes will have golf course views overlooking holes 1, 17 and 18 and the surrounding hillsides.
